Teresa Quinn was born and raised in upstate New York. She loved school and reading, and she desired to become a Teacher upon graduation. Since that plan did not become a reality for her, she became an administrative professional. She worked for many years in this capacity. She moved out to California, and then Washington State. While she was in Washington State (over thirty-one years ago), she made what she considers to be her best decision ever . . . she married her husband, John; who was, at that time, serving with the US Navy in the Submarine service. When John left his Navy service, they settled back in upstate New York for a time, starting their family. They have been blessed with two beautiful daughters. John & Teresa decided that, since John’s schedule within the power plant industry was crazy with shift work, lots of hours, and lots of travel, Teresa stayed home to be a constant presence for the children. After the girls started school, Teresa had a short-lived career as a Church secretary for their church, and then an even shorter career as a Real Estate Agent (thanks to the housing bust back in the early 2000s)! At that point, John & Teresa saw some things in the public education system that concerned them, so they joined a Homeschool Association and Co-op group, and Teresa started to educate their girls at home. That was an incredible experience. During this time, Teresa became the “Service Coordinator” for the Homeschool Group and the service projects that the Seniors etc. did together. That was when the love for serving others really began. Teresa started volunteering in her community. Serving her community is one of her greatest passions-she wants to be the change she wants to see! While Teresa does not believe that she has many accolades to her name, she truly believes that she is the woman behind the success of her husband and her two daughters (both of whom are incredible young women who own successful businesses)! She has never loved the spotlight but has always loved being a cheerleader for others to succeed.

When John approached her about the “crazy” idea of becoming co-founders of a Rocket Company, she believed (after praying . . . a whole bunch!) that it was a great idea. She has worked as her husband’s assistant for a time, helped coordinate the move to the EXOS Aerospace Greenville facility, and is now serving as the Hiring Specialist for EXOS Aerospace. In her spare time, she still loves to serve her community and her neighborhood, she still loves to read, she loves to hike and go shopping with her daughters and friends . . . but her absolute favorite thing is to hang out with her new grandson!
