Lizi Quinn serves as the Executive Assistant and Sales Lead at Exos Aerospace Systems & Technologies Inc. In her role, Lizi supports both the executive team and external business development efforts—balancing the fast-moving demands of internal operations with the energy and strategy needed to connect Exos with new customers, partners, and investors.

Before joining Exos, Lizi spent nine years as a successful entrepreneur, building and leading her own cosmetics business from the ground up. During that time, she led a team of hundreds of women across the country, gaining deep experience in leadership, sales, and brand development. Her ability to inspire, organize, and execute has made her a dynamic force on the Exos team.

Lizi holds an Associate of Science degree and studied ministry at Texas Bible Institute, bringing a values-driven mindset to everything she does. Whether she’s coordinating investor meetings or introducing universities to Exos’s reusable launch services, she leads with clarity, authenticity, and heart.

Outside of work, Lizi is always on the move—literally. She’s a dedicated fitness enthusiast, marathon runner, and a total live music junkie who never misses a good concert. Her life is full of energy, creativity, and connection, both on and off the clock.
