Kyle Ballard serves as the Chief Financial Officer and on the Board of Directors for EXOS Aerospace Systems & Technologies Inc. In his role, Kyle is responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of the company, which includes oversight of the controller and accounting functions and providing financial and business analysis support. He also enjoys lending a hand to the operations team when possible, and the Team has found him to be a valuable asset!

Kyle holds a degree in Finance from Baylor University, an MBA from Texas A&M University, and is an Investment Advisor Representative with a Series 65 license. Prior to his role with EXOS, Kyle was an Economic Development Manager for Frito-Lay, a Relationship Banking Manager for Citizens National Bank of Texas, and a Partner with Bolgiano Capital Management.

Kyle and his wife Casey are active in their church and community, and can frequently be found spending nights and weekends supporting their two children in their many activities. His hobbies include wood/metalworking, hunting, and snow skiing or boating with the family.
